WA Building Bonus Grant
A $10,000 grant for eligible Western Australians who sign a contract to build a new home or buy a new home off-the-plan — available to owner-builders and investors as well as owner-occupiers.

What you get
$10,000 one-off payment available to eligible applicants building a new home or buying a new apartment off the plan. Unlike the First Home Owner Grant, this is not limited to first home buyers.

How to apply
1. Apply through the Office of State Revenue WA. 2. Provide a signed building or off-the-plan purchase contract. 3. Application must be lodged within 12 months of contract signing.
