A range of housing support services for young Queenslanders aged 15–25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, including crisis accommodation, transitional housing, and support services.

How to apply

1. Contact your nearest youth homelessness service or call the Brisbane Youth Service on (07) 3252 3750. 2. Present to a Youth Housing Connect service in your area. 3. An intake worker will assess your needs.
