Provides free support services to apprentices and trainees in NSW to help them complete their training — including personal mentoring, literacy and numeracy help, and industry networking.

Free mentoring, pre-apprenticeship information, workplace mediation, and access to literacy and numeracy support. Helps reduce the apprenticeship non-completion rate and supports both apprentices and employers.

How to apply
1. Apprentices can contact a Tradestart advisor through TAFE NSW or by calling 131 601. 2. Services are available at no cost. 3. Employers can also engage Tradestart for support with their apprentices.
