What you get
Funding for modifications such as grab rails, ramps, shower modifications, stair lifts, and other safety features. Minor modifications may be provided free; larger modifications are subsidised based on financial assessment.

How to apply
1. Contact your local Home Care Service provider or call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 (for seniors). 2. For working-age people with disability, contact the NDIS or a local disability service. 3. An assessor visits your home.
