Allows eligible Centrelink payment recipients to receive part of their future payments early as a lump sum to cover unexpected expenses — repaid gradually from future payments.

Up to 3 weeks of your payment amount paid as a lump sum advance. Repaid over 13 fortnights with no interest charged. You can request an advance every 12 months.

1. Apply through myGov linked to Centrelink, by phone, or in person. 2. Centrelink assesses your eligibility and the amount you can receive. 3. Funds are paid into your bank account immediately if approved.
